 Well, pretty much anything you buy from a Book Store as far as lit is 
 concerend may be considered official Paramount. What I mean by that is that 
 it authorized by Paramount.
 There are other publications usually called 'fanzines' which are produced by 
Trek fans 
 but are not authorised by Paramount.
 I don't know of a complete list, though one may exist. 
 It pretty much would depend on what you are looking for, I would think.
