  Come over and get a Connecticut permit. You'll need a proof of pistol 
instruction certificate, birth certificate (or baptismal papers), and our 
pistol permit application filled out. You can even get one if you're not a 
resident! Cost is presently $35 for 5 years.
   If you need a referral for an instructor and/or friendly police chief (who 
doesn't try to make things overly difficult or unlawful) write back.
