Who knows .. they (Telstra) decided that they wanted to *remove* the
service guarantees and penalties from their agreement with the AVCC (which
is already engaged in legal action against Telstra over pricing and
contracts).  No wonder the AVCC is looking to take its bat/ball and go
elsewhere...

(Which, oddly enough, is whats already happening in the U.S. and Europe.)
