   I did *not* say what Convention the US signed in 1952, because there are
all kinds of inconsistent information on this all over the 'net. Just
Google some and you'll understand what I mean. Not even official US (as in
'*.gov') sites, all tell the same story...

   I can understand why there's such a big confusion over this over there,
when not even the officials can get all the statements to coincide.
