As long as I have been writing batch files I decided to make one to check the
zip files for a File_id.diz & move the files to Dizzed if they have a diz &
NoDiz if they do not have a diz, I based this on my ZipTest.bat so it was easy
to create this, hmm... no more zip batch files to write I guess since we now
have Dizzer, DizGrab ZipTest & now DizCheck...
