I'm sure a lot of you out there in GUNS also get RTKBA
if you do you should know why Phil got banned if you
don't get RTKBA or just don't know I thought I should
let you know why.
As Phil stated he posted a COPYRIGHTED article and
unless you have permission from the owner of the
copyright that is ILLEGAL!  Illegal actions on a echo
can cause BIG problems for everyone associated with the
echo.  The author of the article has stated that any
use of his copyrighted materials in the echo WILL
result in legal action.
This is stated in the rules of the echo.  I quote:
"6) Illegal stuff..... guys, let's keep it legal.. and
if you're not sure use some kind of common sense or
ASK!!! Sysops can be held liable for some of the
suggested stupidity I've seen posted in this echo.
DO NOT post anything on construction of any form of
weapons in this echo, especially chemical or
explosive.. this is cause for immediate ejection from
this echo.
On this note.. if you are going to post published
material.. get permission first if it is copyrighted
material."
We all know how Fido works.  You don't follow the rules
you get kicked out.
