I see you have the older/original English translation ("in the hand"
rather than the newer translations that consistently say "on the hand")
Seems that when the knowledge of a chip came into being a powerful force
bigger than EVERY Church & religious publisher caused this small change
to be made, to provide a means of misdirection ("on" the hand implies a
tattoo, not a chip!)
I checked with a Biblical Greek scholar who says, in the Greek, either
preposition is accurate.
So the intent does seem to be clear that there'll be a scannable
computer chip that will contain one's 'money' and record of use thereof.
It makes sense in some ways -- if all money is on a chip(ie. no
more "cash") that puts an end to a lot of crime!
Let's say I'm a drug addict, and I rob a house, stealing some jewellery,
etc. -- how do I translate those into drugs, if I can't sell them, and
neither can my fence or dealer?
Because I care,
