Not merely does it have a 64 bit version & has had since it was ported
to 64 bit chips e.g. the Sun & IBM ones some time back but....with
distro's like gentoo where everything is compiled from source....you can
have a single distro/CD/DVD which is 32 bit on a 32 bit machine & 64 on
a 64 bit machine...
