Whatever the traffic will bear!  If you've got the bucks they'll bind it
in Ostrich skin!  The cheapest they generally go is about six bucks a
book (Fairly cheezy) and depending on the amount of the order.

Not HARDLY!  A truck backs up to your garage one day and there are your
books!  AND the final bill. They get about 50% up front.
