I am having some trouble getting REXXC2 (REXX compiler) to work.  The
prob is that it never creates the 2nd copy.  REXXC2 test.cmd TO out.cmd.

RXSQL.ZIP is a 16bit OS/2 1.2 (the author tested it w/2.x) DLL that allows
you to put a SQL select statement and retrieve it from Sybase.  REXX
complains that function is not found with its main and only function,
RXSQLQUERY.  Does anyone have any luck?

REXXDATE.ZIP  This DLL's Rexx_IsLeap function is not found when I run its
sample program.

I am running Warp.  Is there any compatibility problem with some functions
missing from DLL?  In the case of REXXDATE.ZIP I tested it on OS/2 2.1 also
and it had the same missing function problem.
