Ok, it's working, so you can now start making changes to it again (make the
changes against the version I am sending you, not your old version). Can
you tell me why it didn't open an 80-character screen like ncomm does?
Also, isn't there some fast way to write to the screen instead of using
ANSI? The ANSI was only put in there because it was a quick solution to
getting it up and running. It may be fast on your 68030 accelerated
version, but it's very slow on my 68000. The other problem with ANSI is
that the colours don't come out properly. I think I'm using it wrong
somehow, but I don't know what I've done wrong. Because I can see that you
have done a whole lot of mapping of Alt keys, but when I tried to do an
Alt-Q to reply to a message, it just ignored it. I tried Amiga-Q et al,
but none of them did anything.

Ok, I'm also sending you Tobruk 0.40 and MSGAPI38.ZIP. If you upgrade to
Tobruk + the new Msged, then you should get the "date arrived"
bit working. So can you try that out first. When that is working (and you
can tell me what I'm doing wrong with the 80-column mode etc), then we can
try the next thing, which is upgrading to use MSGAPI.

One other thing, I forgot to add makefile.lat. Should get picked up next
round, which will hopefully be Real Soon, before Andrew puts out the next
release.

BFN. Paul.
