 When Worf and Dax were married, he mentioned that this was his 
 first wedding.  More important (to me), I don't think that he 
 and K'eylar ever lived together.  It looked as though they had 
 an affair in the past, then resumed it for a period of time 
 during which Alexander was conceived.  Then they got together 
 again years later.  So, in his Klingon heart, I'd say she was 
 his mate.
