Tekin is the only one...  the BC67 has all the options your looking for...  
Hooks to DC/AC, AUTO-Trickle charge, adjustable amp rate (1-5), "Cold Start" 
feature, 15amp fuse, 3 charge settings, digital face, Volt reading, last volt 
peak memory (to make sure your batts are peaking to capacity).
