From: "Geo." I go to MSDN today to download Vista, download is no problem. Then I go to get a key and here is what it says: Windows Vista Business Product Keys Temporarily Unavailable You may install Vista Business without a product key by choosing to install Windows Vista without a product key on the product key input screen during setup. On the following setup screen please specify which edition to install (all Vista editions will be listed). Setup will then continue, and once complete you can use Windows Vista for 15 days before activation is required. When keys become available, you can then activate your installation. Using this process, Windows Vista can only be activated with a product key that matches the version specified during setup. WTF, they expect me to swallow this shit? This is one really FU'd company if they think this sort of professional attitude is going to score points with anyone. The reason I am downloading Vista and requesting a key is so I can make a decision on whether or not we are ever going to move to a new version of Windows (we run W2K) or move to another platform like Linux. I think I just got my answer without even having installed it yet.
