I have here a COMPAQ DESKPRO 286N 
Its got a 1.44 Meg floppy, on board ser port, printer port and PS2 mouse port.
On board VGA (can be disabled).
+ quantum 127 Meg IDE HD 

No CGA card though and needs a PS2 adaptor for keyboard.

Not quite what you want but may be worth considering. asking around $150 for it.
