How do horses get EPM?
Are you enjoying this great riding weather?  I rode until every muscle
in my body hurt this weekend.  We did a lot of rising trot.  By the time
we finished I'm not sure who was wetter, me or Smokey.  I was sore
Saturday night so being the bright person I am I went out and did almost
twice as much Sunday.  I was REALLY sore Sunday night so I did
something really unusual Monday.  I scrubbed floors (YUCK) and cleaned
house.  I found that so depressing I went out to the stable and rode
until I felt better.  Unfortunately I've never learned to do things in
moderation and I'm paying for it, but its not my wrist.  :)  At least I
deserve it.
