I have a friend whose Windows XP PC crashed (bad power supply, antique PC).
 I extracted the hard drive and put it in a drive cage so I could get the
data off it.  However, she has programs that she didn't back up the install
files or serial numbers.  I have seen software that will allow you to
migrate a old PC to a new one but I can't remember the names.  Any
recommendations that will allow this migration?
