A single number which "keeps changing".  But I wasn't really
worried about the first number, which was 17100, because I was expecting
that.  What I wasn't expecting was a share certificate for 400 shares in
the mail, and what I also wasn't expecting was a CHESS statement that
listed me as having 14900 shares.

Remember that the 400 shares I got as a certificate, won't appear on either
BT or Chess, since they are neither certificated nor lodged with BT.

I was selling those PDP around the same time as getting transferred to
Chess.  Maybe that screwed them up?  BFN.  Paul.
