The honourale way to go about it woukld have been to speak up during the
discussion phase, try to get the parts changed that he didn't like and if
that failed vote against it when it was time to vote.

Unstead he sabotaged it.

No surprise either of course, given his grudge against ward.

The zone thing was bad idea from the start. Bad technical implementation
and it split fidonet. What we need is to get rid of the zones, not create
more of them.
