Let me know if you do. It shouldn't make any difference for CHESS
because the way they do it is to repeat all transactions until the page
is full - ie you get page 1 issue (?) 1, page 1 issue (2)... until page
1 is full, then you get page 2 issue 1 etc. But even that doesn't always
work, some of my clients (including one of my accounts!) got a brand new
start from the top of page 1 (the # of shares was right though) for no
reason that I can find out. An accompanying message said "ask your
broker" - who do *I* ask? :-)

Sure, that's OK. After I sort out the other mess send the cert. in and
I'll "CHESS" them.

Almost certainly that's what caused the 400.

I'll get back on to this next week. Oh, do you have a client reference
number for BT? I may have it at work, but just to be sure. Something
