I saw a clip on TV several years ago -- probably more than the 3-4 years
you cite. As I recall, it was an anthology series. Playhouse 90, or
some such program. Anthologies were common in the 50s. The woman was a
housekeeper. The young man was maybe circa 20. They were in the
kitchen, talking. The woman gave the young man a kiss.

Probably the latter. The first hormone-based interracial kiss on TV was
