The issue you brought up was a child program accepting a hot handle. You
thought that OPEN_SHARE_DENY_NONE was required for this,  EVEN THOUGH THE
CHILD NEVER CALLS open().  This is the point I was trying to make:  since
the child never calls DosOpen() (et al),  the sharing mode is irrelevant.
