Here are the command lines from the Fixed Events

BINKPOLL - ?binkit -p
BINKOUT - ?binkit -p
FIDOIN - %!sbbsecho%. -ce
FIDOOUT - %!sbbsecho%. -ni

Not that I'm aware of.
