Yep! There are lots of people that I know that still use it for their
babies. They first soak it in fruit juice (which if you ask me, it
would still take about 4 years to soften), then they add it to their own
recipes or to their Exact feeding formula. I know that my Cockatoo
loves those buscuits. At first, he would throw them and peg me in the
head with them (smart a--), then he decided to finally taste them and
loved them. I taught my Sulfer crested 'Too that when she was done with
hers, to put it away in her coffee can for later. She liked this game
and had the vitamins of the buscuit as well.
I am going to be getting a couple of Lories this next month and I was
wondering if you all had some info. about them. Personal info. I have
read about everything that there is, but there is nothing like first
hand experience for a birdie! Anything would be appreciated. Thanx in
advance!
