Ah!  The one on the Attr line is a different matter.  That simply means
"unknown".  That information is not available.  You would
probably be better off switching off the option that shows date arrived. 
"switch datearrvd off" or something.  How does the one at the top
look? That's the date that the message was written.  This message is being
written on 1996-11-23 at 01:36, well after my bedtime.  Actually, it's
really 02:36, but I haven't adjusted the computer's time to daylight saving
