subject: Uses `Unit`

You have it down to 15K and still want to shrink it? ;) Well, the Windows
unit declares alot of constants, types, funtions and procedures...why not
just cut and paste what you need from the source code into your program and
eliminate the windows unit from the uses statement? I don't know what your
program is doing and what it needs, but it sounds like more trouble than it
is worth and I wonder how much memory you will actually save at this point. I
haven't tried to optimize a program that level.
