For a high speed modem connection on cellular, it helps a lot if
you have an APEX cellular modem on both ends of the connection
and a real good clear signal.
Some cellular providers have a service to use special modems at
the cell site which in turn dial the desired modem.
Some firms surcharge use of their modems, others don't.
