PE> Hmmmm. Can you check the .MSG files you created, and see if the date is
PE> correct inside them? I have looked at Tobruk, and it seems to have code in
PE> it to read the date from the .MSG file and put it in the .PKT file. And
PE> vice-versa. Let's start with the first problem. Confirm that the .MSG
PE> file has the correct date in it (do a hexdump of the file), and then I'll
PE> get you to put some debugging in to tobruk. BFN. Paul.
Can you also check the .PKT file that is output. I would be quite
surprised if the .MSG didn't match the .PKT, yet the .PKT came out valid.
All tobruk is doing is copying the date from one to the other.
It does that the reverse way, too. There's nowhere that it
"invents" a time - well, there is one situation, but that's with
squish, and the date it uses is 1994-01-01. And it prints an error message
when it does that, too.
BFN. Paul.
