Last Friday I got sick of waiting for someone to actually fix things (we
couldn't get out across the int'l link), so I rang Telstra Internet in
Canberra and was put on to one of their senior technical people (David
Woodgate). "Oh yeah, I know what the problem is - thanks for
reminding us, we'll get right on it!" Aarrgghh..
