Message System Configuration -> Access Setup -> F ACS for
using CC.
CC is mianly for NEtmail so is file attachments. I believe
it won't work for echomail. Its mainly for email/netmail.
Once you have the ACS you can use the CC on saving the
msg. Otherwise you'd have folks sending CCs and files
to everyone and their brother in Fido. Would bog things
down. Try a netmail to someone and it should show up.
If not let me know...
I use the CC alot here. I use file attachment only for
users in email.
There is no flag per se.
