ftp.cdrom.com in pub/os2/32bit/unix/emx09a

There are a dozen or so files, grab the 00index.txt to see what they are
(there's a big cumulative one in the pub/os2 directory, and a specific one
in each subdirectory.)

The file you really want is emxdev.zip, that contains the compiler itself. 
There's a lot of other stuff there (extra doc files in various formats, the
source code to the compiler and emx dll's, sample programs, etc.)
