          Seems to me you're receiving confusing messages from your nerves,
and the cause is fairly rare... meaning you may have to figure out for
yourself how best to deal with the situation.  I think that could take
quite awhile....  :-)

          It's probably more common during middle age... but the
"crash & burn" results from accumulated stress, and can occur
at any time.
