I figured out why it runs the BAT first on my machine. (got caught the other day)
If they are in different directories, and a directory is not specified in
the command, it depends on the directory order in the path.
As my path is
SET RAM=L:\
PATH %RAM%;%RAM%BAT; etc
it always finds the BAT first. :-(
BTW. The SET RAM= statement means that the same batch files will run on
different machines, and I don't have to alter my BAT's if I
move the Ramdrive on any machine.
