| subject: | GNU Cobol |
I saw an announcement recently about the availablity of GNU Fortran for OS/2, so was wondering if there might also be a GNU COBOL for OS/2. I don't particularly like COBOL but realise there is still a significant demand for COBOL skills, so I could do with brushing up on it. GNU seem to have a cost-effective solution to most things, so it would be handy finding a COBOL offering from them. The only alternative I know is MicroFocus who have a product available for a mere 2000 pounds ... Oddly enough I have a full copy of an old version *sans* dongle!!! (argggghhh) - maybe someone could write me a virtual dongle to let me use this software :-) John --- GoldED/2 2.50.Beta4+* Origin: (2:250/313) SEEN-BY: 105/42 620/243 711/401 409 410 413 430 807 808 809 934 955 712/407 SEEN-BY: 712/515 628 704 713/888 800/1 7877/2809 @PATH: 250/313 440/4 141/209 270/101 105/103 42 712/515 711/808 809 934 |
