No, it's not going to end up in any record store, at least no usual
ones.  There are some stores I visit up around the San Francisco area
with Prog sections that don't carry England.  I got it at the Progfest
concert in Los Angeles from either Greg Walker (his company is
Syn-Phonic) or Doug Larson (no company name, I don't think) -- I'm not
sure which one it was because both of them were behind the same table
selling the CDs.
