This is probably Deutsch Welle, the German equivalent of the BBC.

If you had been using a big outdoor aerial, I would have said it is break-
through from shortwave. In fact I think it is anyway. Possibly a SW frequency
mixing with a nearby VHF frequency, giving a sproggie on the airband. For
instance:
DW on 15.00 Mhz
Pager on 138.00 Mhz
Subtract one from the other = 123.00 Mhz
 SW> Any suggestions
Not a lot you can do about it, apart from fitting a HPF/Band pass filter to
your scanner when using airband (I think AOR sell one).
