you are welcome! AIR, if the unit was received through the sysop program,
it should be registered as such i their database and only the unit's serial
number should be needed... that's all i ever needed to give them when i
called for repairs... i did, though, keep up with what serial numbers i had
and which ones they were replaced with when different units were sent
back... that was some kinda fun at times... especially when the takeover by
3COM was in effect... i've not tried to get these broken ones fixed since
3COM spun USR back off to a separate entity, though...
