Title: Benihana Ginger Sauce #2

1/2 c Soy sauce (or tamari sauce)
1/4 c Rice wine vinegar
1/4 c Chopped onion
1 sm Piece fresh ginger root or
1/8 ts Ground ginger
Combine all ingredients in blender container and process until smooth.
Makes 6 servings, about 2-1/2 Tb. each. 18 calories per serving.
