Then get A86. It is available at many BBSs, the Internet, and
shareware outlets. It is free to students as long as you don't make
any commercial products with it. If you do, just pay the $70
(reasonable) registration.
The E-text documentation is very good and comprehensive. Registration
gets you a nice manual. The debugger is not bad.
Eric Issacson did a fine job.
