Richard, you _know_ the information dealing with K56Flex/V.90 in the same 
modem is correct, the result of limited flash memory size.  Just as you 
_know_ the Zoom "dual" doesn't have that problem, because it uses a larger 
memory to avoid the problem.
You also know that the problem was reported months ago and has been discussed 
in comp.dcomp.modems, that you have participated in those discussions, and 
have _never_ claimed that the information was false.
