    Surprisingly high for a math text.  2+2 still equals 4, and always will.
    Algebra as taught at the HS level hasn't changed much since my father 
took it, and probably won't.  (Analytic geometry and quadratic equations will 
be the same 50 years from now.)  
    There is no shortage of out-of-copyright books.  While few HS history 
texts will still be relevant once their copyrights lapse, many math and 
physics books at the HS level will still be relevant.
