I have had several occations where the power will glitch, and after the
glitch, the modem has DI on the display.... Only Power cycling the mode
fixes it....
I have seen this both with a glitch that only seems to affect the modem
and NOT the computer system... as well as other glitches that forced
the system to reboot... but the modem never came back....
These are usually VERY SHORT POWER GLITCHES....
