Hi Julia,
I got my 2nd QBE block today and it is from YOU! The P&B (I recognize 
and have some of these in my stash) turquoise strips are perfect and the 
light side is just fine. The red with small blue and green squares 
fabric for the heart in the centre square co-ordinates just great with 
the blues. I wish everyone could see these blocks.

It's Feb 21 and I have received 2 blocks so far. Pat Knox won QBE in 
Sept (within the 6 month timeframe) while Julia won last February so she 
is eligible for the drawing. I'll re-post my choice and the QBE rules in 
this packet.
