I recently d/led the RTS maker v. 2.0 and was wondering how to work it.  I
used the command : rtsmaker u duke.rts, and it extracts the *.voc files.  I
know this much.  I altered the VOC files, but was wondering how to put these 
files back into the DUKE.RTS file.
