This seems quite specialized. You may need to experiment and see what works
best. Maybe you need a separate theme for those users? I was thinking (but I
don't know) that a non ansi screen might help in that regard.

I have no experience with text to speach or anything like that. No one on my
BBS has ever used it that I know of so I can only suggest that you experiment
with it a bit and see what you can do.
