Title: Zucchini Jam
Categories: Jams, Preserves
Yield: 7 Pints
6 c grated zucchini
6 c white sugar
1 cn 19 oz. crushed pineapple
     juice of 2 lemons
     juice of 2 oranges
2 sm boxes pineapple jello
Mix all ingredients and boil for 15 to 20 minutes and pour into sterilized 
jar.
