Well looked in the most likely places and didn't find it. Must be in a box
packed away in the attic.

If you are interested, next time I'm up there I'll dig it up and convert it
to pdf or something. Probably take a fair bit of time but if it's something
you would like for your archive I'd be willing to do the work.
