JG> Do you know when the 1998 Radio Shack Catalog will be in their stores
 JG> ?
I check with several stores on the Orlando area and got answers ranging
from "Any day now" to "They are due in the stores Sept 23rd". Time will
ll.

This would be a welcome improvement. I always like the radio shack way
of having a power jack and a charge jack. In this way you can operate the
radio from the power jack and not have to worry about overcharging your
batteries. I would be surprised though if the PRO-90 incorporated these
changes as it is still being made by Uniden. I suspect the only difference
will be the name on the case.
