Hello Kerry!

Speed Pascal is now in Gamma stage. The gamma is a closed one.
The latest public release is the Beta IV, dated december 94.
The full version should retail for $100 and be available in june.
I have been using it for a while.
It creates pm 32 bit apps, os/2 windows apps or os/2 full screen apps just
by toggling the link option.
Support for dos and windows 16 bits come and go.
Dos support was in the early alpha release, then gone, then back again. I
never tried the windows support.
I was previously running BP 7.01. Most of my apps recompiled, but sometimes
they crash at run time. The ide is roughly the same as Borland's IDE, same
principle, will stop at compilation when encounters an error and point to
the place in the code with an error message. You can also generate ASM src
and tweak it.
The math lib is the weak point in my version (one of my programs uses 16
digits numbers intensively; the dos version optimized for multi tasker runs
faster than the 32 bit pm port !), as well as direct asm support, but I
expect that will probably change. For the rest, it should be source
compatible with tp 6.0. It of course depends a lot on your coding style. I
have always been very "conservative", ie sticking to homemade
libs and avoiding inline code and asm, as well as compiler specific
routines, so porting isn't much of a problem.
