       Tom, I have my PCMCIA doing x2. I do ! so the techy at your 
source is wrong. It can be done. I still have the file on a 3.5" floppy 
if you want it give me an address in E-Mail at: jparrot427@aol.com.I 
fancy that it should still available on their page. 
       I have not yet received the promised floppy to upgrade from x2 
to v.90 but the fine lady at 3com was positive enough in her demeanor 
that I beleived her. I will let you know when it gets here. Remind me !
